We Kalapurayil builders had our  humble beginnings  in the field of Architecture, Design and Development  in the year 2011-2012. With a deep urge to do something in life and achieve greater goals; the Brains behind the venture Mr. Nidihin started his career while in College. His interest pursued him to choose  the field of property development  which slowly developed into what today is well known as Kalapurayil  Builders the most sought property developer established  in the scenic, historic and beautiful  city of Kochi, the land of Humility and grace.  (Family oriented KP Group, started the venture with the support of Mr. Vasanth .c.c  SENIOR PROJECT  MANAGER in LEADING construction company in BAHARAIN)

Our beginnings were humble as builders  from the construction of  residential properties to commercial  properties , a journey of achievements and success that tabled us in the forefront arena of world class builder of commercial and residential properties.
